A nationwide visual communications audit explored the customer journey, the effectiveness of wayfinding and compared the web shopping experience to that of shopping in-store. Communications, merchandising, POS, pricing and ticketing were examined, while an overview of internal communicaitons and departmental operations was also carried out to ensure the Partnership was operating with maximum effectiveness to drive up sales.
